Job Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and operations of large-scale solar power projects (minimum cumulative 5MW
experience required). - Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and site management to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure design-to-delivery efficiency.
- Manage field teams including site engineers, technicians, contractors, and safety personnel.
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance across all project sites.
- Coordinate with government agencies, DISCOs, and other stakeholders for grid interconnection and compliance approvals.
- Ensure the smooth commissioning and handover of completed solar projects to clients.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to improve system uptime and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical and logistical issues during construction and operational phases.
- Prepare and present progress reports, budget forecasts, and risk assessments to management
Required Skills & Qualification
- Proven experience in managing solar projects totaling at least 5MW capacity.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems (rooftop and ground-mounted), electrical infrastructure, and BOS (Balance of System) components.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple teams across locations.
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and solar design/monitoring tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Familiarity with national and international standards and regulations related to solar installations.
Addiitional Requirements
- Willing to travel and stay at project sites as required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
