Position Overview
To lead and develop our sales team, Solar EPC Development Ltd., is looking for a seasoned Corporate Sales Manager with at least three years of experience in corporate sales and a business background. A strategic leader is needed for this position in order to build a high-achieving team and increase income.
Key Responsibilities
➢ Team Building and Management: Assemble, develop, and coach a corporate sales force to guarantee that sales goals are met and a cooperative, productive sales culture is established.
➢ Sales Strategy Development: Create and carry out a thorough sales plan that is in line with business objectives and concentrates on acquiring, keeping, and satisfying customers.
➢ Revenue Generation: Create and implement plans to increase sales and the company’s visibility in specific markets.
➢ Client Relationship Management: Create and preserve enduring, worthwhile connections with business clients while guaranteeing high levels of customer pleasure and spotting expansion prospects.
➢ Market Analysis: To modify sales tactics and maintain competitiveness, constantly assess market changes, rivalry, and consumer demands.
➢ Performance Metrics: Establish, track, and report on the performance of the sales team. Make sure KPIs are fulfilled by regularly evaluating the team.
Qualification
➢ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
➢ Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in a leadership role.
➢ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful sales teams.
➢ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
➢ Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and create actionable insights.
➢ Strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
